Uniben 2016/2017 Physical Clearance Continues - See details

This is to inform all newly admitted students of the University of Benin who are yet to
complete their physical clearance that clearance continues in some faculties as school officially resumes after 2 weeks Xmas break.

The requirements for the Physical clearance  remains.....

1. Passport photograph
2. JAMB Admission letter
3. JAMB original Result
4. UNIBEN offer of Provisional Admission Slips
5. Certificates/Statements of result
6. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
7. Acceptance letter
8. Guarantor’s letter
9. Affidavit of Good Conduct
10. Affidavit of Non-Membership of Secret Cults
11. Affidavit of Local Govt of Origin or Certificate of Identification from Local Govt of origin
12. Waec/Neco scratch card (For two sittings, bring two scratch cards)
13. Clearance slip 
14. Office flat file


For newly admitted students  who were given correction form, please endeavor to do a follow up to see if the mistake in your documents has been corrected.
