Some Security Risks taken by Uniben Students

The University administration has observed with deep concern:

1) That many students no longer wear their identity cards, thus making it difficult for the University to distinguish between students and visitors and other undesirable elements who may sneak into the campus.

2) That in spite of the security tips given to students from time to time, some students particularly female students still walk alone at night unaccompanied especially to isolated areas of the school which is a breach to security rules. This behavior pose serious challenges to the University security in their effort to protect life and property.

3) That students have converted lecture rooms, lecture theatres and the student union building to residential areas. The University frowns at this behavior and will sanction any offenders henceforth.

It is therefore imperative that all students obey the security rules in other to assist the University in maintaining peace and orderliness.
