The Power of Passion and Why You Need It to Succeed

Passion is needed for success. Every
outstanding successful individual past and present were all driven by passion.

According to the Urban Dictionary “Passion is when you put
more energy into something than is required to do it.

It is more than just enthusiasm or excitement, passion is ambition that is materialized into action to put as much heart, mind, body and soul into something as is possible.”
Passion is a deep desire, a craving, an
obligation, a deep commitment, a deep
motivation etc.
Passion comes from a conviction; a deep certainty that you need to do something. It comes when you have discovered with clarity the problem you are wired to solve.
All great achievers solve Problems. That’s what make them outstanding. However, it is almost
impossible to do that without passion.
Here are 3 reasons Why Passion is Needed to
achieve outstanding Success
a. Passion energizes you: Someone that has
limited ability but passionate will do better and
out-perform another with great ability without
passion. The reason for this is that passionate
people act with high level of energy and
enthusiasm
b. Passion overcomes fear: passion is an
incubator of courage. It is what makes people
take risks, go the extra mile and do whatever it
takes to achieve their goals. As long as the
passion is there it doesn’t matter who criticizes
them or what the obstacle is, they don’t stop
until they succeed
c. passion drives you until you find what you’re
looking for: Passion produces a “die-hard”
determination and persistence that refuses to
give up until the desired result is achieved and
that is why passionate people can fail many
times and bounce back on track until they
achieve their aim. failure is not enough to deter
them.
The answers to these questions below has
helped people discover their true passion. I
believe it will help you too.
1. What makes my heart break (what grieves
you)?
2. What makes my heart sing (what excites
you)?
3. What makes my heart dance (what moves
you to action)?
