UNIBEN Begins 2025/2026 Inter-Faculty/Departmental Transfer

 

This is to inform interested Students (Full – Time and Part – Time) that the sale of forms for the 2025/2026 Inter-Faculty/Departmental Transfer has commenced.

Applicants are required to make their payment of N60,000 (Sixty thousand Naira) by REMITA on-line. The Remita print out should be taken to Bursary (Cash office) for confirmation of payment and then taken to Investment Department same in Bursary, where it will be converted into official UNIBEN Receipt. Applicants are then required to go on-line University of Benin Website (www.uniben.edu) to download their respective transfer application form. Original UNIBEN receipt of payment, photocopy of O’Level Certificate/Statement of Result and Passport Photograph (Red Background) are to be attached to the duly completed application Form. A duplicate of the form should be made after filling. The completed form should be submitted to the Directorate of Examination and Students’ Records, Ugbowo Campus (Room 25).

Please Note:

I. Applicants are required to make proper enquiries before making payments for their Transfer Form (payments are non-refundable)

II. Applicants are also required to make proper enquiries before filling their forms.

III. Duly completed forms are to be submitted to the Directorate of Examination and Students’ Records, Ugbowo campus (Room 25) or Exams and Records Office and not to be taken to any Faculty/School/Department.

Please be informed that there would be no transfer to the Faculty/School/Department of Medicine, Pharmacy, Law, Optometry, Dentistry and Microbiology.
