Admission into Diploma in Maritime Studies, Information and Communication Technology, University of Benin, is on-going.
Visit www.myuniben.org and pay N12,500.00 (Twelve Thousand, Five Hundred Naira, only) to apply. No entrance examinations into this programme.
At the completion of the Programme, a minimum of merit qualifies you for Direct Entry into 200 Level in the Faculties of Engineering and Physical Sciences (Computer Science, Mathematics (Pure and Applied), Industrial Mathematics, Mathematics with Physics, Mathematics with Chemistry, Statistics with Computer Science, Physics, Geology and Industrial Physics), as well as Faculty of Education (Departments of Vocational and Technical Education, and Library Studies). The qualification is also recognised by other tertiary institutions in the country.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
-Credit in Mathematics, English Language and three other subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Biology/Agricultural Science and Geography) at GCE/SSCE/NABTEB/NECO
-City and Guilds (Part 1) in any area of Engineering
-A qualification equivalent to any of the above.
Note: A Self-contained (Keystone Hostel) is available to students, who are admitted into the various Diploma Programmes to minimize accommodation problems, on a first come, first served basis.
Candidates should ensure that forms are processed on or before 31st January, 2021. Any application form not properly filled will not be treated.
