3. Acceptance Letter
4. Guarantor’s letter

5. Affidavit of Good Conduct
6. Affidavit of Non-Membership of Secret Cults
7. JAMB & UNIBEN offer of Provisional Admission Slips
8. Affidavit of Local Govt of Origin or Certificate of Identification from Local Govt of origin

      There will be a deadline, but for now the date of the deadline has not been announced yet. Once it is announced, it will be posted on this page.

      You will have to visit the UNIBEN Main auditorium CRPU Unit and state the complain . It will be resolved immediately.

    I was told by a friend that only certificate of local gov of origin is accepted and not affidavit... Pls how true is this

      It's is now rare for affidavit of local government of orgin to be accepted.. It is strongly advised that you get the original certificate of local government of origin from your local government.
