UNIBEN Interfaculty/Departmental Course Transfer Form Now On Sale

 

The University Management wishes to inform all interested students (Full-Time) that sales of the 2018/2019 Inter-Faculty/Departmental Transfer Forms has commenced since
Wednesday 25th of July 2018.

Application Forms are to be obtained from Exams and Records Division on payment of 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand Naira) Application fees (non refundable).
 Transfer of students will be allowed for Full Time students into all Faculties/Schools.  Limited Transfers will be allowed into the Department of Microbiology and Schools of Medicine and Dentistry. Only students who are in 300 Level will be allowed to transfer into Faculty of Pharmacy, Schools of Medicine and Dentistry in 200 Level.

Interested students are advised to go to Exams and Records (Room 31) to make proper inquiries before making payment.

Applicants are required to generate their Remita Pin and make payment of N50,000.00 (Fifty thousand Naira) at UNIBEN Micro Finance Bank opposite Hall One  or any other Bank on Ugbowo Campus after generating Remita Pin. The applicants are then expected to take their Tellers to Bursary (Investment Department), where it will be converted into official UNIBEN receipts. The Students are then required to take the receipt to Exams and Records (Room 31) to obtain their Application Forms.  Photocopies of O’Level certificates and Passport photograph (Red Background) are to be attached to all duly completed application forms before final submission to Exams and Records.
