AMIABLE UNIBEN INTELLECTUALS, this is to bring to Our Notice that every exam scheduled to hold THIS WEEK has been CANCELLED.
The FACULTY of PHYSICAL SCIENCES which had a proposed plan to commence their examination TODAY 13th embarked on the examination processes today, but the SUG in the usual quest to always represent the STUDENTS’ INTEREST PROACTIVELY went to the examination centre haven received series of complains from our 100 LEVEL STUDENTS offering MTH123 and MTH 125 about controversies in Exam date and whether or not MTH 123 nor MTH 125 will hold today 13th, June 2016; upon getting to the scene, the students expressed their unwillingness to commence exams today 13th June, 2016 as this date conflicts with the SCHOOL CALENDAR and NO TIME has been given for an ADEQUATE PREPARATIONS.
The S.U.G stood on her ground to maintain the SCHOOL CALENDAR and to create effective time for adequate preparations so as to avoid mass failure.
In the middle of the discussion with the HOD Mathematics Department, arrived the PRINCIPAL OFFICERS UNIVERSITY OF BENIN, The Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic, Deputy Vice Chancellor Admin, UNIBEN PRO and The Dean of Students and a conclusion was reached that …
Every Exam scheduled to commence any time CONTRARY to the 27th June, 2016 slated on the school calendar are HENCE FORTH CANCELED and to be rescheduled within the NORMAL SCHOOL CALENDAR to ensure our learning period does not get tampered with.
Consequently, MTH 123 and MTH 125 and others slated for this week and before 27th June, 2016 are hereby CANCELED till FURTHER NOTICE.
And also in reaction to the RUMOUR about the COMMENCEMENT of the REGISTRATION OF UNIBEN POST UTME, this is to Bring to the NOTICE of the GENERAL PUBLIC that UNIBEN POST UTME REGISTRATION HAS NOT started and that the Management of University of Benin still remains MUTE as regard POST UTME in UNIBEN for 2016/2017 academic session.
In conclusion, the S.U.G is using this medium to tell our friends and family to discard any RUMOUR as regard the Above and Also the SAFE IMPACT 2016 is wishing us GREAT SUCCESS in the forth coming Second Semester Exams. Do not forget that we LOVE YOU and we are always INTERCEDING ON YOUR BEHALF BACK TO BACK.
