UNIBEN: A thief caught in Hall 3 today

In the early hour of today around 5 this morning. Under this weather, A student was caught in hall 3.
According to reports, he stole a phone from a room in block E 400 series of the male hostel.

On his way running down the stair case, he jumped down from 300 series of block E, only for him to land in a slippery wet floor.
 He was injured and his leg was dislocated. Unable to run further, he was grab by the students in hall 3 and was taken to the security office at hall 2. On getting there bleeding, he was asked by the security men to write his Full name, faculty and mat no. Looking at the note were he wrote his details it was discovered that he is from education.
Again, one of the security men including a potter was able to recognize him, that he had one time committed similar crime but escaped from handcuffs.
 He was later taken to the crime office along with the owner of the phone.
