This is to notify all legal occupant in the halls of residence that the 2015/2016 hall executive elections will be conducted
on Friday 5th, 2016.
Interested candidates are advised to collect their nomination form the PEO'S office from his/her hall of residence.
Collection and return of nomination form will Monday 25th January to Wednesday 3rd February 2016.(Saturday and Sunday inclusive)
The positions to be contested for are:
1 Mayor/ Chairperson
2. Deputy Mayor/ Vice- Chairperson
3. Financial secretary
4. Welfare officer.
Note: Any hall that does not elect executive will not be allowed to hold hall week programme.
